The Education University of Hong Kong Foundation is thankful for the generosity of some alumni who attended the “Summer Baking Class” and made on-the spot donation to their alma mater supporting the setting up of bursaries for their junior fellow students in need.

The “Summer Baking Class”, organised by the Alumni Affairs and Development Office and co-organised by The Graduate Association of Colleges of Education and The Education University of Hong Kong Past Students’ Association of Early Childhood Teacher Education, was completed with success on 20 July 2019. Under guidance of the tutor from Shun Hing Cooking Centre, a group of alumni made Souffle Pancakes and Tear and Share Bread. The class was filled with a joyful atmosphere.
