The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) has named a classroom at the Tai Po campus the Madam Luk Lee Kum Luen Room, in recognition of the generous donation from Honorary Director of The EdUHK Foundation, Mr and Mrs Roger Luk Koon-hoo and in remembrance of Mr Luk’s late mother. Madam Lee was a primary school teacher who had dedicated her life to education.

On 31 May 2023, Mr and Mrs Luk visited the named classroom and attended the exhibition, ‘Beyond the Classroom: Extra-curricular Activities’, at the Hong Kong Museum of Education. They also toured the Future Classrooms at the Mong Man Wai Library to learn how the latest technology can facilitate learning and teaching.
