The Government’s Eighth Matching Grant Scheme has fully allocated its funding to all participating institutions.  The Scheme was launched on 1 July 2019 and completed in March 2021.  The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) has successfully raised donations of HK$116 million and secured matching grants of HK$73 million.  This is a record high for EdUHK and it would not have been possible without the generosity of our donors.  We would like to express our deepest gratitude to all donors, alumni, staff, students and supporters for their contributions and effort.  All donations together with the matching grants helped not only to sustain the University’s developments, but also to enable the University to make a greater impact in the education sector and the community.
