She said, “The donation is to express the Shine Tak Foundation’s and my own heartfelt admiration and support for EdUHK, in the hope of offering a little effort for higher education and aiding the University to provide a high-quality learning environment. I am confident that student teachers graduating from EdUHK will continue to pass on the passion for quality education and contribute to our community.” She hoped that the University would keep pace with time, step forward into a new era of education and continue in efforts to bring up school leaders and teaching teams that were proactive and keen on pursuit of excellence, providing quality education for the next generation and supporting the long-term development of education in Hong Kong.
