Latest Arrangements for Foundation Members Regarding Campus Access and Facilities
08.05.2020

In view of the easing situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, we would like to update you on the latest arrangements regarding access to campus and facilities.

Library

With effect from 11 May 2020 (Monday) and until further notice, those Foundation Members with valid “Library Borrower” or “Library Reader” cards may register at least two days in advance, on a first-come-first-served basis, for visiting the Mong Man Wai Library on Tai Po Campus.  Those who have not successfully registered in advance will not be allowed to enter the campus.  Each relevant cardholder is eligible to register for one session per day.

Upon successful registration, please present your Library Borrower/Library Reader card on arrival to the main entrance of the University and have your body temperature checked.  At the entrance/counter on G/F of the Mong Man Wai Library, please present your relevant card again.  You must wear your own surgical masks at all times during your stay on campus and inside the Library.

Please click the following link for online registration: https://app.lib.eduhk.hk/campus_user/.

For more information on sessions and quota, please visit https://www.lib.eduhk.hk/visiting-registration/.

Other facilities

Sports facilities will gradually be reopened for Students and Staff’s use only.  Other facilities will remain closed to Foundation Members until further notice.

We thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation.  We will provide updates as and when access are further relaxed.

Should you require further assistance, please contact Ms Man (Tel: 2948 6049 or email: eduhk-foundation@eduhk.hk).
